We do have an optional survey which asks for your zip code. This helps us know where the people using this tool live so we can target our efforts to underserved areas. We will use the survey data to help improve the website and help us know where we can focus our efforts in the future. We also are able to count how many people have accessed the website and what pages are accessed, but we are never able to link you as an individual to this information and have absolutely no desire to do so.
