Becoming fit and healthy does require a change in lifestyle which often means regular exercise and a planned diet.   But many people don’t understand that this does not require a drastic change in habits. Some people try to do a “fresh-start” and do everything overnight, then they get burnt-out and give up completely.

It is actually a fact that many adults do too much exercise at once and push their bodies too far in one go.  This can also lead to an injury which can put them out of action for weeks.

But by adding some exercise to their their daily routine of just 30 minutes and combining this with healthy eating, the positive benefits will be experienced and they will be on the path to a better future.
